Why this exists
While researching, I kept finding the same question in Shopify and Amazon seller forums: my sales say one number, my bank deposit says another, so where did the rest go? The answer was always the same too: download the payout file, open hundreds of rows, and check fees, refunds and reserves one line at a time. Most sellers don’t have an afternoon to spare for that. Many never find out whether the gap was a real mistake or just a fee they didn’t understand.
I’m Muhammad Afzal Ubbais, an independent developer from India. I built PayoutCheck to do that afternoon of work in seconds. It reads your file exactly as your platform exports it, does exact arithmetic on every row, and quotes the evidence rows back to you. You find out whether a difference is worth chasing before you spend any time on it.
PayoutCheck is built and run by one person, not a big company. When you email support, I read your message and I reply myself.
